Can Meditation Help With Stress?

Does meditation help stress? For many years I have studied and practised meditation and mindfulness. This is a daily habit of mine, it is my way of life. Anyone close to me will know that I harp on about mediation.

Mediation has definitely become more popular as people feel much calmer after meditating. I think people years ago thought it was all about WOO WOO, but now people and companies see the benefits. Doctors also encourage mediation.

I find meditation has helped my life massively. There are top leaders which are known to meditate as they understand the benefits for them which in turn will benefit their business.

A clear-minded focused person is a better decision-maker rather than a stressed-out one!

There are different types of Meditation. However, with breathing and light meditations, there is no religion attached. You are merely being in the moment and devouring the deliciousness of each breath you take. Your focus is purely on the breath and if your mind has a thought, you become aware of the thought without judgment and bring yourself back to focusing on your breathing.

You may find lighting a candle helps and focusing on the flame. Feel free to check out our wonderful candle range including the candles with crystals.

I love meditating and feel quite refreshed after. When I began meditating I did it through guided meditations on Youtube. I would find a quiet place where I couldn’t be disturbed and then would put the earphones in my ear and let the guided meditation begin.

Energies

My interest in energies and how the brain works is MASSIVE! Every morning whilst I get ready I listen to information about frequencies and how our brains change. Scientists call the changes in our brain Neuroplasticity. I am so interested in how frequencies affect our lives and well-being.

Due to this I started a podcast which is called Your Super Self with Tracey. This is my way of chatting about a topic that I love.
