Many people see the word "{tobacco" and their first thought that they conjure up is a cigarette scent which is the most unpleasant smell for most. I personally can't stand the smell of cigarettes and when I walk past someone in the street smoking I have to hold my breath as it makes me feel sick.
At events, we have been asked numerous times about the tobacco smell, yet once people pick up the tobacco-scented item they have pleasantly surprised. It's one of the scents that we find is most talked about on an exhibition stand. We just wish we had a pound for every time someone said "oh, I didn't expect that, that's nice"
